Toddler Music Class

The team at Carnival for Kids are delighted to reintroduce "Toddler Music Classes" back into the Malvern Road Party Venue. Having classes stop due to Covid closures, we are all extremely excited to begin 2023 with smiling faces and dancing feet throughout our weekday program.

Toddler music is a weekly fun and interactive movement, singing and dance program designed for toddlers and their parents / carers to enjoy each week. The program follows a much loved and proven format with a weekly "theme" in which favorite and familiar nursery rhythms are played and learnt throughout the term. Instruments, bubbles and the parachute are favorite fun activities that are incorporated week by week. Children are encouraged to bring a toy or dress in the weekly theme colour to participate in the classes- whilst parents sit and enjoy the music and activities.

Each term follows the Victorian School term dates and a mid year "party" and a Christmas end of year "party" add to the excitement for the children who are attending music class on a regular basis. We encourage you to try and attend the same class each week so that the children form friendships and begin to recognize familiar faces.

Classes will be conducted on:

Wednesday & Thursday mornings.

9.30am-10am & 10.30am-11am.

Ages are mixed which in previous years we have found to be very successful and enjoyable for the children. Younger children enjoy watching and copying the older children and the older children enjoy being the leaders of the group. Book a class and time which suits you and your schedule for your toddlers.

Carnival for Kids toddler music classes have had a successful run prior to Covid. The program had been operating for over six years with a very regular stream of children in attendance- who we had the enjoyment of watching grow and learn throughout the years. We hope with shut downs behind us we can now commence 2023 year with our weekly music classes and are looking forward to building our relationships with our local toddlers and their families.

Rescheduling and make up classes are easy to do, however they must be made up throughout the same term. You can do a double class or switch to another day, simply contact the office and we will assist you.
