Party Packages

Carnival for Kids offer the below party price packages for you to select from.

Indoor Entertainment Facilities such as Carnival for Kids can open with restrictions. The party venue capacity is 40 persons- this is a total combined group size including children and adults attending  the event. 

We are a childrens party venue therefore we do not host functions with more adults than children ratio. A drop off party works wonderfully when the children are over 6 years old and we have several cafes and wine bars in the shopping strip. If you plan on having your parents stay and attend the birthday party you will need to book a function package- details further down this page.

• $695.00 Inc GST  
  • Two Staff
  • 13 children 
  • $33 for two additional children 15 maximum, with two staff.
  • Extension for 2 hours $165
  • Sunday Base Rate $795, extension $195
• Package Two
• $995.00 Inc GST  
  • Three Staff 
  • Up to 20 children
  • OR a Function for children and adults totaling 22 persons. 
  • $33 per additional guest over 20, with a maximum of 26 with 3 staff.
  • Extension for 2 hours $225
  • Sunday Base Rate $1095, extension $250.

Sundays incur a surcharge due to staff penalty rates handed down to our industry. Public Holidays incur a 30% surcharge.

• Carnival for Kids party venue space can host functions for up to 40 persons for a 1.5 hour OR 2 hour event.
• Up to 30 children or 40 persons (adults & children combined) does require a 2 hour event booking.
• Function packages is for a combination of children and adults attending a party.

• 13 kids 13 parents Monday to Saturday $ 895.00, Sunday $995
• 20 kids 20 parents Monday to Saturday $1195, $1295 Sunday
• 2.0 hours
• 13 kids 13 parents Monday to Saturday $1195, $1295 Sundays
• 20 kids 20 parents Monday to Saturday $1495, $1595 Sundays
• Depending on the number of children and parents attending the event a custom package may need to be created to ensure staff / guest ratios are met.
• Catering, decorations, theming , gift bags, entertainment and amazing birthday cakes can all be arranged for you- along with a photographer to capture the entire event.
• If you are looking for a party venue space for a childrens and adult combined function with 40 persons OR up to 30 children a function for a function package is what you will need to book.
• Arrange a meeting at Carnival for Kids to view the venue and discuss your next function.

• Package Three for the Teenagers!!!! 12-15 year olds.
• $2145 Inc GST
  • Three Staff, Two Hour Party totally appropriate for 12-15 year olds. 
  • 6.30pm-8.30pm Friday OR Saturday night. 
  • An extra half an hour extension $225
  • Red Carpet Arrivals with Guest list check in service.
  • A DJ Set Up Disco Dance Party 
  • Up to 30 children, additional 5 guests can be added $33 each.
  • 30 is a great numbers of teenagers. 
  • Chocolate Fountain Dessert Bar.
  • Double Digit Foil Balloons, Disco foils, 25 assorted balloons, 2m Garland.
  • Party food including "The Works" : Chips, popcorn, lollies, soft drinks, fruit platters, pizzas, pies and sausage rolls served as a buffet set up.
  • Glitter Bar Make up station
  • Fully supervised party with parents not required to stay for the party, however we do recommend a couple of parents be nearby at The Milton Wine Bar or a restaurant nearby in the event we need you.

Your party package includes:

• Exclusive party venue use.
• 1.5 hours hosted party function with plenty of time for the family and birthday VIP to arrive early for photos and settle in before guests arrive.
• 2-3 Party hosts who will manage your entire event from arrivals, face painting, dancing, healthy party menu service, party games, group photos, workshops, music requests and your overall party experience.
• All childrens party food and plain tableware is included. 
• If you have more children or more adults attending than you originally booked you will need to move to the next party package or book an additional staff member.

A deposit payment of $250 is required when you book your party time online.

Sundays incur a surcharge due to staff penalty rates. All party package prices are inclusive of GST.

Optional extra items are:

• Birthday cakes, take home gifts, lolly bags, parent catering platters and possibly an extra staff member depending on your needs.
• Workshops, additional entertainment or interactive shows.

Number of Children & Parents

We would appreciate your understanding and assist with keeping your party to be a drop off pick up event with a total of no more than 40 persons attending your party.

Additional siblings and adults who attend the party do need to be accounted for. We do not want to ask parents to leave due to having too many adults on the premises. Please discuss with your parents prior to the party, which I am sure everyone understands the strict rules we have to follow.

Your party package size can be confirmed on the Tuesday before your party.
